Meet the founder

Enrique Peña is a Madrid-based entrepreneur, strategist and business leader with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, business development and international markets.

Educated at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and holding an MBA, he has built a career defined by an ability to identify where global capability meets local market need — and build the bridge between them. As an adjunct professor at IE Business School and IE University, he has taught negotiation, strategy and digital transformation to executives and MBA students across some of Europe's most demanding programmes.

His experience spans more than two decades of business opportunity development across technology, infrastructure and services — with deep exposure to Spain, the broader European market, the Americas and the Middle East. Tribot Digital is the product of that accumulated expertise.
